Want to cancel a subscription you have just taken out?
- You have 14 days from the date you subscribe to change your mind, without giving a reason.
- We will refund you within 14 days using the original payment method, deducting only the days of service already used.
- Just want to stop your subscription renewing? No need to exercise your right of withdrawal: ‘My account’ > ‘Cancel my subscription’.
Information on exercising the right of withdrawal
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email) addressed to: Spinning-Impact Corp LTD, 4 Emmanouil Roidi Street, 1095 Nicosia, Cyprus, contact@classy.college, +33 6 52 27 65 52. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not compulsory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
If you requested that the provision of services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an amount proportionate to the services provided up to the time when you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract, compared with the full services covered by the contract. Example: a monthly Pro subscription at 4,99 €, with withdrawal after 6 days of a 30-day period: 1,00 € remains payable and 3,99 € is refunded.
